Replace worn spikes

Replacement track spikes for sprint, track and cross country shoes with standard 1/4 in spike threads.

1. Remove old spikes
Unscrew the worn spikes from your shoe plate with the T-shaped wrench.
2. Screw in new ones
Screw in new spikes by hand, then snug them with the wrench.
