You can track your order through our Track Your Order page. If you have a PrimeBuild account, log in to view your order history and available tracking information. If you checked out as a guest, contact support with your order number and email address.

Tracking information is usually sent by email once your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow a few business days for the tracking number to become active in the carrier system.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and carrier. Most orders require processing time before shipment. Please review our shipping policy for the most accurate delivery estimates.

Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. If the order has not entered processing, we may be able to help update the address. Once the order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

First check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, neighbors, or building office. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier and then reach out to PrimeBuild support with your order number so we can assist you.

PrimeBuild accepts returns for eligible defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Claims should be reported as soon as possible with clear photo evidence of the item and packaging. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number, email address, photos, and a short explanation of the issue. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once a return or refund request is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

Direct exchanges may not always be available. In most cases, an eligible item may need to be returned for a refund, and a new order can be placed for the preferred item.
