Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
PrimeBuild™ only accepts returns in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Returns due to change of mind or accidental purchases will not be accepted. All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the item and its packaging. Returns without prior approval and photo documentation will not be accepted.
Photo Documentation Required
To process any return or damage claim, customers must submit clear photos of the item and its packaging before a return is approved. Returns submitted without photo evidence will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at: almeidabrian63@gmail.com with photos and your order number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Personalized or custom products
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. PrimeBuild™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as PrimeBuild™ is not responsible for lost return packages.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Partial Refunds
PrimeBuild™ reserves the right to issue partial refunds for items that are returned in a condition different from their original state, including items with missing accessories, damaged packaging, or signs of use.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Return Policy Abuse
PrimeBuild™ reserves the right to refuse returns from customers with a history of excessive or fraudulent return activity.
