A sled harness for pulling a sled, tire, sandbag or speed parachute in sprint, strength and agility training.

1. Put on the harness
Put on the shoulder harness and close the waist belt with the quick-release buckle.
2. Clip and drive
Clip the pulling strap to the D-ring and to your sled, tire or sandbag, then drive forward.
