Shipping Policy

Free US shipping

Every PrimeBuild order ships free within the United States, no minimum. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days after payment. You'll get an order confirmation email right away.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 3-15 business days in total, depending on the product and where it ships from. Each product page and the checkout show the estimated arrival for that item. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number by email once it ships; allow 1-3 business days for tracking to update. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days or tracking stops updating, email primebuildfit@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update it until the order is processed. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
