A boil-and-bite mouthguard for the upper teeth, about 61 x 52 x 20 mm, with a firm outer shell and softer inner layer, for ages 13 and up.

1. Soften
Dip it in hot (not boiling) water for a few seconds until it softens, then let it cool slightly.
2. Bite down
Place it over your upper teeth and bite down firmly while pressing it with your tongue and lips.
3. Set the shape
Rinse it in cold water to set the shape.
