1. Hook your thumb
Put the loop over your thumb to anchor the wrap.
2. Wrap the hand
Wrap around your wrist, across your knuckles and between your fingers, adding extra turns where you need them.
3. Fasten and glove up
Close the hook and loop end, then put your gloves on.

It's longer than the common 180 in size, which gives larger hands more coverage. If you have small hands, add an extra turn around your wrist or knuckles.

How do I wash them?

Hand wash or machine wash in a laundry bag with the closure fastened, then hang to dry. Roll them up once dry.

Do I still need gloves?

Yes, for sparring and bag work. Hand wraps are worn under gloves, not instead of them.
