1. Fit the bars
Fit one expandable bar near the top and one near the bottom of the door frame with the support pads.
2. Clip it in
Clip the ropes and ball between the bars with the carabiners.
3. Inflate and punch
Inflate the ball with the pump, adjust the rope tension and punch.
