How it works
Three steps.
Then just wear it.
It does not use a proprietary battery: the vest takes its power from a USB power bank that you connect to the cable inside the vest. The power bank is not included.
-
1. Connect your power bank
Open the zip pocket inside the vest and plug the USB cable into a 5V/2A power bank (not included). The supplier specifies 20,000 mAh or more.
-
2. Hold the button for 3 seconds
Press and hold the power button on the chest for three seconds to switch the heating on. The 15 and 21-area versions have a wider control panel there.
-
3. Zip up and go
Zip the stand-up collar all the way up and head out. Wear the vest over a base layer or under your jacket; with no sleeves, your arms stay free.

Ideas
Ways to
wear it
General ideas, not promises: how warm you feel depends on the weather, your layers, your power bank and the version you choose. Unplug the power bank if it ever feels too warm.

-
1. Early walks
Dog walks, school runs and the first coffee run of the day, before the sun has done any work.
-
2. Hikes and viewpoints
Wear it under your shell on the way up and keep it on when you stop to take in the view.
-
3. Sidelines and stands
Standing still is when the cold gets in. Zip the collar up for weekend games and long afternoons outside.
-
4. Before and after training
Slip it on while you warm up for a cold-weather session, and again when you cool down afterwards.
-
5. Cold rooms and workshops
No sleeves means your arms stay free for lifting, fixing and carrying.
-
6. Long days out
Out for many hours? Pack a second charged power bank and swap it in when the first one runs down.
Good to know. The power bank is not included. Unplug and remove it before washing, and let the vest dry completely before you connect it again.
FAQ
Questions,
answered
Something else on your mind? Our team answers from the contact page.
Contact usIs a battery or power bank included?
No. The vest comes without a battery or power bank. You need your own USB power bank with a 5V/2A output; the supplier specifies 20,000 mAh or more.
How do I turn it on?
Plug your power bank into the USB cable in the zip pocket inside the vest, then press and hold the power button on the chest for three seconds.
Where does the power bank go?
The USB cable comes out of a zip pocket inside the vest. The supplier does not give the size of that pocket, so we can't confirm which power banks fit inside it.
What is the difference between 2, 4, 9, 15 and 21 areas?
It is the number of heated areas. 2 areas warm the neck and back; 4 add two front panels; 9 add the shoulders and lower back; 15 and 21 add more panels across the front, back, shoulders and, on the 21-area version, the sides. The 15 and 21-area versions also have a wider control panel on the chest instead of the single power button; the supplier does not explain its extra functions.
How do the sizes run?
They are Asian sizes and, according to the supplier, run 2–3 sizes smaller than EU sizes. For example, Asian 2XL is about an EU M (175–180 cm / 5'9"–5'11", 70–80 kg / 154–176 lb). Use the height and weight guide on this page and, if you are between two sizes, we suggest the larger one.
How warm does it get and how long does it run?
The supplier does not publish temperatures, heat levels or run times, so we won't guess. It depends on your power bank, the version you choose and the weather.
Can I wash it?
The supplier lists the vest as washable but gives no detailed instructions. Always unplug and remove the power bank first, and let the vest dry completely before you connect it again.
What is it made of?
The shell and the lining are 100% polyester fiber, with soft padding inside and a silver dot-print lining.
Which colors are available?
Black and Blue in the 2, 4 and 9-area versions, Black in the 15-area version, and Black, Blue or Gray in the 21-area version. There is no clear supplier photo of the 21-area Blue, so its picture shows the black vest; if the exact layout matters to you, choose Black or Gray.
