Feel the water. Build a stronger pull.
The PrimeBuild™ Swim Training Hand Paddles are a left-and-right pair of swim paddles for pool training, stroke drills and strength work in the water, with adjustable silicone tubing straps and a size of approx. 7.48 x 6.88 in (19 x 17.5 cm).The PrimeBuild™ Swim Training Hand Paddles add surface area to every stroke, so you feel the catch and build upper-body strength lap after lap. Frequently asked questions
Are the paddles sold as a pair?
Yes. You get one left and one right paddle, marked L and R, with adjustable silicone tubing straps.
How do I put on and adjust the straps?
Thread the strap into the holes from the side with the letter, then set the finger loop and the wrist loop so the paddle sits snug without pinching.
What size are the paddles, and will they fit my hand?
They come in one size, approx. 7.48 x 6.88 in (19 x 17.5 cm), and the silicone straps adjust to your hand. Please check the size in the specifications above before you order, because returns are not accepted for sizing preference.
How do I care for the paddles?
Rinse them in fresh water after each session and let them dry out of direct sunlight.
