1. Squeeze
Squeeze the two handles together to open the spring.
2. Slide it on
Slide the collar onto the bar until it sits against the plates.
3. Release
Let go and the spring grips the bar. Squeeze and slide it off to change weights.

Will these fit an Olympic barbell?

No. They are made for standard 1-inch (25 mm) bars. Olympic bars with 2-inch sleeves need 2-inch collars.

How many collars come in a pack?

Two collars (one pair).

How do I use them?

Squeeze the handles together to open the spring, slide it onto the bar against the plates and release.
