Shipping is free on every order to US addresses, with no minimum. Orders are handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days after payment, and every order ships with tracking. Estimated delivery for this belt is about 3-4 business days in total, including processing. We ship to US addresses only.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

PrimeBuild accepts claims only for items that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect. Email primebuildfit@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. The resolution is a replacement or a refund to your original payment method, usually without having to send the item back. Returns for change of mind or sizing preference are not accepted.

Wear the pocket slightly to the side or at the small of your back if you prefer. Water-resistant is not waterproof: in heavy rain, keep your phone in a zip bag. Hand wash and air dry.
