1. Attach the bib
Push the toggles through the holes at the top corners of your bib and slide the stoppers to lock it.
2. Set the fit
Close the buckle and adjust the belt to your waist.
3. Race
Carry gels in the side loops; in a triathlon, spin the number to your back on the bike and to the front for the run.
