Contact us

Is it a life jacket or flotation device?

No. It's a visibility float and dry bag, not a life-saving device. It does not replace a life jacket or a lifeguard.

Will my phone stay dry?

Roll the top down at least three times and clip it closed. For extra protection, put your phone in a waterproof pouch inside the bag.

Does it slow me down?

It trails behind you on the belt and you'll feel a little drag, especially in wind or waves.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on every order to US addresses, with no minimum. Orders are handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days after payment, and every order ships with tracking. The estimated delivery time for this product is 12-13 business days in total, including processing. We ship to US addresses only.
