A 3 in silicone grip ring printed with two loads: squeeze top to bottom for the lighter one, turn it and squeeze side to side for the heavier one.

1. Pick a ring
Choose the level that matches your strength: Pink 11/22, Blue 44/66, Gray 66/88 or Black 88/110 lb.
2. Light setting
Squeeze top to bottom for the lower value.
3. Heavy setting
Turn the ring and squeeze side to side for the higher value.
