What surfaces does the suction base work on?

It is made for clean, smooth and sturdy surfaces such as glass, stone or laminate. The four suction cups on the wide base hold it steady on smooth, flat surfaces. Avoid cracked, rough, small or unstable tables.

How does the resistance work?

Resistance comes from a thick 8 mm spring column. As you pull the textured handle down, sideways or toward you, the spring bends and pushes back with firm, even resistance through the full bend.

The trainer is offered in one version, in black.

We will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, usually without you having to send the item back. Returns for change of mind or sizing preference are not accepted.
