Complete Swim Training Kit
Every drill. One kit.
What it's for: Doing kick, pull and technique drills in the pool with one kit.How to use: Hold the kickboard in front of you for kick sets. Squeeze the pull buoy between your thighs for pull sets. Strap on the hand paddles for extra resistance; use the nose clip and earplugs as needed. The PrimeBuild™ Complete Swim Training Kit is a pool training set for swimmers who do kick, pull and technique drills, with an A-shaped kickboard (approx. 15.8 x 12.6 in), an EVA foam figure-eight pull buoy and perforated hand paddles with adjustable straps, plus a nose clip, earplugs and a mesh drawstring bag.The PrimeBuild™ Complete Swim Training Kit packs the core tools of a real swim workout into one set. Isolate your kick with the kickboard, lock your legs with the pull buoy and feel every catch with the hand paddles. A nose clip, earplugs and a drawstring mesh bag round it out, so you walk onto the pool deck ready for the whole session.
