Frequently asked questions
What comes in the PrimeBuild Boxing Reflex Ball Set?
One reflex ball, one elastic cord and one adjustable headband. Boxing gloves and hand wraps seen in some photos are not part of the set.
Is the headband adjustable?
Yes. The nylon headband closes with hook-and-loop, so you can set the fit in seconds. It has a D-ring that rotates 180° so the cord follows your movement.
What colors and sizes are available?
The set is offered in Red only, in one size. The nylon headband adjusts with hook-and-loop to set the fit.
Do I need a punching bag, a stand or a training partner?
No. The ball is connected to your headband by the elastic cord and snaps back to you after every punch, so you can train on your own anywhere you have a few feet of space.

Good to know
Start with slow, single jabs to find the rhythm, then build up to combinations. Keep your guard up between punches, just like in the ring.
