The PrimeBuild™ Swim Hand Paddles are hand-shaped swim training paddles for pull sets, technique drills and lap swimming, with a textured PP (polypropylene) blade, an adjustable elastic silicone finger loop and wrist strap, and a size of about 19.5 x 13.2 cm (7.7 x 5.2 in).The PrimeBuild™ Swim Hand Paddles add surface to your hand, so each stroke has more water to push against. You feel right away when your catch is clean and when it slips. Adjustable silicone straps hold the paddle in place across the fingers and the wrist, so you can put them on between sets and get straight back to work.
