Split Stretch Machine
The PrimeBuild™ Adjustable Split Stretch Machine is a seated leg stretcher for dancers, gymnasts, cheerleaders, martial artists and anyone working on their side splits, with a 0°–180° stretching range, an anti-reverse ratchet gear and a padded oval seat. The PrimeBuild™ Split Stretch Machine lets you open your legs gradually and hold each position without fighting to stay there. Sit on the padded seat, set your feet in the foot cradles and push the lever forward to widen the stretch. The gear holds your position while you breathe into it, and pulling the lever back brings your legs together again. When you are done, it folds flat to store under a bed or against a wall.
