How do I charge it?
It is USB rechargeable. Pop off the protective cap on the side and plug the integrated USB plug straight into a USB port, so there is no separate cable to lose. Charge it fully before your first run.

How should I aim it when it is on my cap?
Aim it slightly down so it lights the path without dazzling people coming toward you.
