The PrimeBuild™ Self-Locking Weight Lifting Belt is a nylon weight lifting belt for men and women training squats, deadlifts, cleans and presses, with a breathable mesh outer, a self-locking strap with an alloy buckle and hook-and-loop closure, and five sizes for 27"–49" waists. The PrimeBuild™ Weight Lifting Belt gives your core something firm to push against on squats, deadlifts, cleans and presses. The contoured back panel is wider where you need support, and the self-locking strap threads through a metal buckle and closes with a hook-and-loop fastener, so you can tighten it between sets in seconds. Breathable mesh keeps it comfortable through long sessions.

Measure around your waist at the level of your belly button (do not use your pant size) and compare it with the size ranges in the specifications above: S 27"–32", M 30"–34", L 32"–38", XL 38"–43" and XXL 43"–49". Please check your measurement before ordering, because returns are not accepted for sizing preference.
