How it works

Three steps.
Zero chasing.

The ball is tied to the base with an elastic cord. Hit it, and the cord brings it back toward you, so your time goes into swinging instead of collecting balls.

  1. 1. Set the base down

Place the base flat on a court, driveway, park or backyard and unwind the elastic cord from its groove.

  2. 2. Clip on the ball

The ball's elastic cord attaches to the swivel clip on the base. Give yourself clear space all around.

  3. 3. Swing and repeat

Hit the ball. The elastic pulls it back toward you, so you can reset and swing again without chasing it.

Pack guide

Pick your pack

Every pack is built from two parts. Pick a complete trainer to start, or refill balls if you already have a base.

Base

Blue PE plastic, approx. 7.8 x 8 in (20 x 20.3 cm) and 2 in (5 cm) tall, with carry handle, cord groove, anti-slip strips and a swivel clip.

Ball

Yellow tennis ball tied to its own approx. 13 ft (4 m) black elastic cord.

A pack with a base is a complete trainer. Ball packs (no base) are refill balls with their cords only: you need at least one base to train.

Why it works

Built for
more reps

  • Train on your schedule

No partner, no court booking required. Set it up whenever you have 15 free minutes and a flat, open space.

  • Less chasing

The ball stays tied to the base, so your time goes into swinging, not collecting balls.

  • Stays put

Anti-slip strips on the underside help the base grip the ground on flat surfaces.

  • Quick ball swaps

A swivel clip holds the cord, so switching to a fresh ball is simple.

  • Grab and go

Wrap the cord around the base, pick it up by the built-in handle and toss it in your bag.

  • Refills when you need them

Extra balls come on their own elastic cords in packs of 1, 2, 3 or 6.

The details

Small details
that matter

The cord ties to a metal swivel clip on the edge of the base, and the groove across the base keeps the cord wound up between sessions.

Practice ideas

Your solo
practice card

General tennis tips to get you started, not a coaching program. Go at your own pace and stop if anything hurts.

Player practicing alone on a driveway with the tennis rebound trainer
  1. 1. Groove your forehand

Hit 10 easy forehands in a row. Focus on turning your shoulders and finishing the swing over your opposite shoulder.

  2. 2. Then the backhand

Same drill on the backhand side. Keep the swing smooth before you add power.

  3. 3. Split-step every ball

As the ball comes back, do a small hop to land balanced on both feet, then move to it.

  4. 4. Move your feet

Place the base slightly to one side so you have to take a few steps before each hit.

  5. 5. Count clean hits

Count how many clean contacts you make in a row and try to beat it next session.

  6. 6. Short sessions, often

Ten to fifteen focused minutes a few times a week is easier to keep up than one long session.

Play it safe. Use it in an open area with plenty of space, keep people and pets out of the ball's path, and check the cord and knot for wear before each session.

What's the difference between 'Base' packs and 'Ball' packs?

A pack with a base is a complete trainer: base + ball on its elastic cord. 'Ball' packs (1, 2, 3 or 6) are refill balls with cords only, no base. You need a base to use them.

How does it work?

The ball is tied to the base with an elastic cord. When you hit it, the cord pulls it back toward you, so you can keep practicing without picking up balls.

How long is the elastic cord?

About 13 ft (4 m).

How big is the base?

About 7.8 x 8 in (20 x 20.3 cm) and 2 in (5 cm) tall. Measurements are approximate (allow 0.4–1.2 in / 1–3 cm).

Where can I use it?

On a flat, open surface such as a tennis court, a park or a backyard. Leave plenty of clear space around you.

Will the base slide when I hit?

The underside has anti-slip strips to help it grip the ground. Use it on a flat surface.

Is a racket included?

No. Packs include only the base(s) and the ball(s) with their elastic cords. Bring your own racket.

How do I store and carry it?

Wrap the cord around the groove in the base and carry it by the built-in handle.

Can I buy extra balls later?

Yes. Refill balls with elastic cord come in packs of 1, 2, 3 or 6.

Is it good for beginners?

Yes. It's a simple way to practice the basic swing on your own without someone feeding you balls.

Get more swings into every week.

Start with a complete trainer and add refill balls whenever you need them.
