A U-shaped EVA foam kickboard (44 x 29 cm) with two hand holes, for working on your kick, breathing and body position, for kids from age 3 and adults.

1. Grip the holes
Hold the two hand holes, or rest your forearms on the board and hold the top edge.
2. Arms straight
Hold the board out in front of you with your arms straight.
3. Kick
Kick from your hips down the pool while the board floats your upper body.
