Why don't they have wrist straps?

Without wrist straps the paddle slips if your hand angle is off, so you learn a cleaner catch and pull.

Do they fit kids?

They're one size, about 6.3 x 5.3 in. They suit most teens and adults; small kids' hands may find them large.

Will they fall off?

They can if your stroke is off, which is part of the drill. Use the finger strap while you get used to them.
