No. It is a hanging net: you hang the included rope between two solid anchor points and clip the net on with the carabiners.

How do I install it?

Hang the rope, hook the top edge of the net to the rope with the carabiners, then tie the sides of the netting with rope so it hangs flat.

Can I use it for other sports?

Yes. It works as a barrier net for golf, baseball, soccer, tennis and other ball sports.
