1. Add the fruit

Can I put hot drinks in it?

It's designed for cold and room-temperature drinks. Don't fill it with hot or boiling liquids.

How do I clean it?

Hand wash the bottle, lid and infuser with warm soapy water and a bottle brush, then let them air dry.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on every order to US addresses, with no minimum. Orders are handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days after payment, and every order ships with tracking. The estimated delivery time for this product is 12-13 business days in total, including processing. We ship to US addresses only.

What is the return policy?

If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, email primebuildfit@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve it with a replacement or a refund to your original payment method, usually without you having to send the item back. Returns for change of mind or sizing preference are not accepted.
