FAQ

answered

Contact us

Will it keep my hair completely dry?

No swim cap is fully watertight. It keeps most water off your hair and helps protect it from chlorine, but some water may get in.

Will it fit kids?

It's sized for adults. Older kids and teens with long hair may be able to wear it, but it may be loose on small heads.

How do I care for it?

Rinse with fresh water after each swim, dry it in the shade and store it flat. A little talc keeps silicone from sticking.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on every order to US addresses, with no minimum. Orders are handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days after payment, and every order ships with tracking. The estimated delivery time for this product is 11-12 business days in total, including processing. We ship to US addresses only.

What is the return policy?

If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, email primebuildfit@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve it with a replacement or a refund to your original payment method, usually without you having to send the item back. Returns for change of mind or sizing preference are not accepted.
