1. Fit the strap
Adjust the center head strap; it can be worn over a swim cap.
2. Breathe through the tube
Keep your face down and breathe through the mouthpiece during drills and laps.
3. Clear it
Exhale firmly: the one-way purge valve at the bottom lets water out.

1. Freestyle drills
Work on your catch and pull without breaking rhythm to breathe.
2. Head position
Keep your head still and focus on body alignment.
3. Kick sets
Kick with your face in the water and breathe through the tube.
4. Sculling
Feel the water with your hands while breathing steadily.

Start in shallow water. Practice breathing through the snorkel in shallow water first. Rinse the snorkel and mouthpiece in fresh water after every swim and let them air dry out of direct sunlight.

How is it different from a regular snorkel?

A regular snorkel sits at the side of the head. This one mounts in the center, in front of your face, so you can swim freestyle without turning to breathe.

How do I clear water from the tube?

Exhale firmly: the one-way purge valve at the bottom of the tube lets water out.

Is the strap adjustable?

Yes. The center head strap adjusts to fit, and can be worn over a swim cap.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

What is the return policy?
