The PrimeBuild™ Interlocking Foam Gym Mat is a 12-tile foam puzzle floor for home and garage gyms, with 30 x 30 cm (11.81" x 11.81") tiles, an approx. 1.2 cm (1/2") thickness and a non-slip diamond plate surface. Each black foam tile has puzzle edges that lock into the next one, so the 12 tiles snap together into one continuous surface without tools or adhesive. Lay it under your dumbbells, bench, bike or treadmill and stop training on bare concrete or laminate. Need the room back? Pull the tiles apart and stack them away.

No. The puzzle edges lock tile to tile, so no tools or adhesive are needed. To store the mat, pull the tiles apart and stack them.
