Is this a single strap or a pair?

It is sold as a single strap. If you want both legs strapped at once, order two.

How does it attach to a cable machine?

Wrap the padded cuff around your ankle, close the hook-and-loop strap and clip the cable machine's carabiner to the D-rings. The double D-rings let you clip on from either direction.

Will it fit my ankle, and can I wear it on my wrist?

The wide hook-and-loop closure adjusts to most ankle sizes, and the strap also works as a wrist cuff for upper-body cable work.

What is it made of?

It has a woven nylon outer, 7 mm neoprene padding, double metal D-rings and a hook-and-loop closure with reinforced stitching.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free on every order to US addresses, with no minimum. Orders are handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days after payment and every order ships with tracking. The estimated delivery time for this strap is about 3-4 business days in total, including processing. PrimeBuild ships to US addresses only.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, email primebuildfit@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. PrimeBuild will resolve it with a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, usually without you having to send the item back. Returns for change of mind or sizing preference are not accepted.
