Station set.
A magnetic strip in the back panel grips steel racks and machine frames, so there are no straps or hooks to fiddle with.

1. Load it
Drop your bottle into the sleeve, slide your phone into the front pocket and clip your keys to a D-ring.

2. Stick it
Press the back of the bag against a steel upright or machine frame, clear of moving parts. The magnets in the back panel grip the metal, no straps needed.

3. Clip and go
Done with the station? Pull it off and stick it to the next one, or clip the strap to the D-rings and carry it as a sling.

use it
General ideas to get you started. Magnets only grip magnetic metal like steel, so test the spot before you rely on it.

1. Rack-side station
Stick it to the outside of a rack upright, clear of the bar and J-hooks, so your bottle is one reach away between sets.

2. Machine to machine
Pull it off and take it with you as you work through your circuit, instead of carrying a bottle in one hand.

3. Rest timer close by
Start your rest timer and drop the phone in the front pocket, so it is a quick grab away when the set is done.

4. Towel on a hook
Clip the towel holder's carabiner to a D-ring and push a corner of your towel through the slit, so the towel hangs below the bag, off the floor.

5. Walk in hands-free
Clip the strap to the D-rings, set the length and carry bottle, phone and keys on your shoulder from the car to the gym floor.

6. Home gym too
It works the same on a steel rack in the garage. Give the spot a quick test before you load it up.
Check the hold first. Press the bag onto the steel and check the hold with your full bottle before you let go. Keep it clear of the bar path and of moving parts such as weight stacks, cables and pulleys. The top is open, so keep it upright.

Magnetic metal such as the steel frames of racks and many gym machines. Magnets won't hold on aluminum, plastic, wood or padded surfaces.
How much weight do the magnets hold?
The manufacturer doesn't list a weight rating. Press the bag onto the steel and check the hold with your full bottle before you let go; a flat, clean steel surface gives the magnets the most contact.
What size bottle fits?
The opening is about 10 cm (3.9 in) across and the bag is about 20.5 cm (8.1 in) tall. Measure the widest part of your bottle before ordering.
