It's a fun first step into javelin and throwing technique for PE classes, youth athletics and backyard games, and the soft foam is friendlier to catch than a ball.

Key features

Soft foam: PU foam head and EVA foam tail.

Whistles in flight: a howling sound as it flies.

Finned tail: helps it fly straight.

Kid size: about 11.8 in long and 4.2 oz.

Bright colors: red or yellow, easy to spot in the grass.

Specifications

Length: approx. 11.8 in (30 cm)

Head: approx. 6.3 in (16 cm) long, 3.35 in (8.5 cm) diameter

Tail: approx. 5.5 in (14 cm)

Material: PU foam, EVA foam

Colors: Red, Yellow

Weight: approx. 4.2 oz (120 g)

Age: 3 years and up, with adult supervision

What's included

1 PrimeBuild™ foam javelin rocket in the color you select

Ideal for

Kids' throwing practice and youth athletics

PE classes and summer camps

Backyard, park and beach games

Family days outdoors

Frequently asked questions

Is it a real javelin?

No. It's a soft foam training and play javelin for kids, not a competition javelin.

How do I make it whistle?

Throw it overhand with a smooth release.
